DATA & RESPONSIBILITY

Useful visibility. Considered access.

Sports records can include sensitive participant and safety information. Access should follow the task, the role and the applicable sharing permissions.

Available for Ontario organizations. Talk to us about your region and requirements.

PRODUCT CONTROLS

Keep responsibility close to the record.

Role-based access

Separate everyday administration from sensitive safety responsibilities. Limit access to the records each role is permitted to use.

Controlled disclosure

Association and event-organizer access follows sharing and consent rules. Membership or participation alone does not grant blanket access to club or team records.

Record history

Retain signed-document versions and finalized injury and incident reports. Follow-up additions preserve the earlier record.

People make the decisions

Staff review credentials and medical clearance. AI suggestions require staff approval; the product does not provide medical diagnoses or legal advice.

Security review

We design and build SportsX with the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria and ISO/IEC 27001 information security requirements as guiding frameworks. Our team can share relevant security information for your procurement review.

Region and workflow

Current club onboarding supports Ontario. Other regions and enterprise integrations require a scope and availability discussion.
